Today was a warm day, lots of insects flying around. And lots of little lizards out sunning themselves. It’s been a cold winter!

I was out gofering around Kings Park and didn’t notice the young snake sunning itself on the path until too late, after I’d run over it.

I was very sad for the snake and apologised profusely.
