Today we sailed on the sea – Rob, me, Dusky Dolphin and my 2 new knees.

It was a magic sail, and long-awaited!

I turn 61 tomorrow, and will be glad to leave this year of suffering and surgery behind me.

It’s all a wonderful birthday gift:-)
